Registration & Admission at KIPS

Children can be registered for admission through- out the year on :


Registration For Class I to X

Payment of Non refundable Registration fee of Rs. 5000/- by Cash /DD payable at State Bank of India, Dharampur, Distt. Solan, H.P.
Submission of Registration form attached with prospectus available from the school on Cash Payment of Rs. 1000/-or on payment of Rs. 1050/- by DD, drawn in favour of M.D., Kasauli International Public School, Sanwara in the month of February and March.
It may be noted that Registration does not guarantee admission. Registration done for any particular year is not transferable to any other year. Fresh Registration will be required, if the child is desired to be considered for another year.
Parents are required to arrange to produce their wards for a written test / personal interview on the date fixed by the school.
After the test / interview, parents of children selected for admission are required to pay school fees to finalize admission.
Selected children are required to report to school on a specified date along with the prescribed items of clothing etc.


Registration For Class XI

Provisional Admission to class XI is granted immediately after the board examination of class X.The stream namely ; Science , Humanities or Information Technology Applications is decided based on the marks awarded by the school in pre-board and other periodic tests. This will be a provisional arrangement only. The criteria for admission to various stream in class XI is as below:

Admission, subject to clearing the admission test / interview, will be made in the following order of preference :


1.Those who have registered earlier.
2.Brothers/ sisters of on roll students.
3.Ward / relations of ex-students and service personnel.
4.Others.

The admission of a child to this school will mean a complete acceptance by parents / guardians of all School Rules as in force or as amended from time to time. Rules are subjected to change at the discretion of the school authority.



STANDARD EXPECTED FOR ADMISSION TO THE CLASSES

Syllabi has been designed.
Entrance Test papers are designed based on (English, Hindi, Mathematics and Science) according to the standard of the respective classes.



DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION IN CLASSES III to XII

1.Original Transfer Certificate.
2.Marks sheet/Report Card of last examination passed.
3.Registration No. of Previous class (IX,XI).
4.Valid Passport and Residential Permit in case of Foreign and Non-Resident Indian students.
5.Six copies of latest passport size photographs (coloured) of the child and the parents/ guardian who are authorised to visit the child.
6.Medical fitness certificate (by Consultant Physician)
7.Birth Certificate (Original) along with Photostat copy.
8.Agreement on Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 15/- or Rs. 20/- (to be provided by the School) as per specimen at Appendix -A.[Click here for Agreement Form]
9.Aadhar Card Copy.

Fee in the subsequent year may be paid in two installments. The first installment has to pay as the advance reservation of seat for the on coming new academic session at the end of the previous session i.e. in the month of December. The second is to be paid in the month of June. The fee once paid shall not be returned under any circumstances during the session. Parents are requested not to pursue such request in this regard.

NOTE:

1.Uniform, personal sports wear and clothing wil be provided by the parents.
2.Actual charges will be charged for overseas postage or double address.
3.5% concession will be given on Boarding & Lodging to the second child or subsequent children.
4.Special concession may be offered to orphans, extremly poor or deserving children.
5.In the first year, all fee and other payments must be paid in lump sum.
6.Fee once paid, in the first year, in acceptance of the admission offered, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
7.Fee are to be paid in two installments. First installment has to paid in the previous section i.e. in the month of December. The second installment is to be paid in the month of June.
8.No bills will be sent for any type of payment.
9.Fines, as per prevalent school rules shall be levied for delayed payments.
10.No payments through cheque will be accepted. All payments are to be made online, Account No. 65075080747 at State Bank of India, Branch Dharampur, Distt. Solan (H.P.) RTGS/IFSC: SBIN0050121 or through Demand Drafts in favour of Kasauli International Public School, Sanwara, H.P. payable at State Bank of India, Dharampur, Distt.Solan, Himachal Pradesh, INDIA
11.If the reservation of the child's seat for the next session is not made i.e. the advance fee not deposited in the the month of December, then the school will not be obliged to offer a seat or to re-admit the child in the next academic session.
12.There should be a month intimation for withdrawal of the ward or issue of the School Leaving Certificate. The School Leaving Certificate shall be issued after clearance of the complete dues and submission of all pending documents.
13.2% cash handling charges shall be leived for fees deposited in cash (over Rs. 20,000). The account will not receive the cash payment beyond 20,000.

RTE Act 2009: It is exclusive residential school meant for higher fees and clintail.
Although the school has prescribed the note and advertisement of RTE Act 2009 on school website for admission.
